Yes — every Brassdoria faucet and shower fixture is solid brass, not brass-plated or coated. Because we leave it unlacquered, the surface is a genuine, living finish: it will naturally develop a soft patina over time as it's exposed to water, air, and use, giving each piece a warm, one-of-a-kind character that plated or lacquered fixtures can't replicate. This is the same finish prized in high-end architectural and hospitality projects for its durability and the way it ages — solid brass doesn't chip, flake, or wear through like a coating can.
If you prefer to keep the finish bright and golden longer, simply wipe it dry after use and polish occasionally with a soft brass polish. If you love the patina look, just let it age naturally — no maintenance required.
Yes — and that’s part of its beauty.
Our fixtures feature an unlacquered brass finish that naturally develops a warm patina as it interacts with water, air, and everyday use. This living finish adds character and depth, making every piece uniquely yours.
If preferred, the brass can also be gently polished to restore its original shine.
Absolutely.
Our faucets and shower systems are designed to fit standard North American plumbing connections, making installation straightforward for most professional plumbers.
Each product includes the necessary specifications and installation details to ensure a smooth setup.
Exceeded all my expectations for an online hardware order. The cross handles turn smoothly with a very solid stop and there hasn't been a single drip
Beautiful raw finish that has the most gorgeous warm undertone. It arrived incredibly fast, packed securely in heavy foam, and functions beautifully with great pressure.
This exposed brass shower rig is absolutely stunning against our textured accent wall! The way the vertical pipe arches over at the top creates such a dramatic focal point in the room. The solid brass construction feels incredibly heavy-duty and the water flow from the rainfall head is perfect
Super solid build quality with amazing water coverage from the top overhead plate.
