Ergonomic Hand Shower Wand: Matching solid brass hand spray with flexible metal hose rests securely on a streamlined wall-mounted holder for targeted rinsing.

Are your faucets made from solid brass?

Yes — every Brooklyn Brass faucet and shower fixture is solid brass, not brass-plated or coated. Because we leave it unlacquered, the surface is a genuine, living finish: it will naturally develop a soft patina over time as it's exposed to water, air, and use, giving each piece a warm, one-of-a-kind character that plated or lacquered fixtures can't replicate. This is the same finish prized in high-end architectural and hospitality projects for its durability and the way it ages — solid brass doesn't chip, flake, or wear through like a coating can.

If you prefer to keep the finish bright and golden longer, simply wipe it dry after use and polish occasionally with a soft brass polish. If you love the patina look, just let it age naturally — no maintenance required.

Will the brass finish change over time?

Yes — and that’s part of its beauty.

Our fixtures feature an unlacquered brass finish that naturally develops a warm patina as it interacts with water, air, and everyday use. This living finish adds character and depth, making every piece uniquely yours.

If preferred, the brass can also be gently polished to restore its original shine.

Are Brassdoria fixtures compatible with standard plumbing?

Absolutely.

Our faucets and shower systems are designed to fit standard North American plumbing connections, making installation straightforward for most professional plumbers.

Each product includes the necessary specifications and installation details to ensure a smooth setup.

Installed this in our new walk-in shower against a textured peach plaster wall and we are obsessed with the earthy, Mediterranean look. The slide bracket holds the hand sprayer completely tight without slipping, and the main valve controls the temperature very smoothly. The solid brass construction feels like it's built to last.

Beautiful warm gold finish that doesn't look cheap or overly yellow. It came wrapped really well in thick foam layers.

Very straightforward installation and holds completely rigid in the wall. The brushed gold finish looks incredibly premium.

Beautifully minimal control panel that is super easy to use. The water flow is whisper-quiet and very relaxing

Solid brass rough-in valve with thick castings. Our plumber was highly impressed with the quality of the internal brass block

The gold tone is incredibly classy and has a nice satin reflection that doesn't look cheap or flashy. The water pressure is fantastic and the slide bar adjustment locks completely tight without slipping.

I was worried about water spots on the gold plating, but it actually cleans up incredibly easily with a quick wipe down. The rain shower arm extends out at the perfect distance, giving you plenty of room to move around without hitting the wall. Highly recommend if you want a clean, modern aesthetic

Excellent thermostatic mixing valve that keeps the water temperature perfectly consistent. Feels incredibly heavy-duty behind the wall.

This modern-vintage gold shower set is absolutely stunning in its simplicity. The rainfall head provides a generous, dense spray that covers you completely, and the control valve has a very solid, smooth action.

The adjustable slide bar for the handheld wand is incredibly practical for our family, allowing us to easily set the perfect height. The minimalist design looks beautifully sleek against our white plaster walls, and the gold finish adds a lovely warm accent. It is a highly functional system that performs flawlessly.
