Yes — every Brassdoria faucet and shower fixture is solid brass, not brass-plated or coated. Because we leave it unlacquered, the surface is a genuine, living finish: it will naturally develop a soft patina over time as it's exposed to water, air, and use, giving each piece a warm, one-of-a-kind character that plated or lacquered fixtures can't replicate. This is the same finish prized in high-end architectural and hospitality projects for its durability and the way it ages — solid brass doesn't chip, flake, or wear through like a coating can.
If you prefer to keep the finish bright and golden longer, simply wipe it dry after use and polish occasionally with a soft brass polish. If you love the patina look, just let it age naturally — no maintenance required.
Yes — and that’s part of its beauty.
Our fixtures feature an unlacquered brass finish that naturally develops a warm patina as it interacts with water, air, and everyday use. This living finish adds character and depth, making every piece uniquely yours.
If preferred, the brass can also be gently polished to restore its original shine.
Absolutely.
Our faucets and shower systems are designed to fit standard North American plumbing connections, making installation straightforward for most professional plumbers.
Each product includes the necessary specifications and installation details to ensure a smooth setup.
The raw unlacquered brass finish has an amazing organic depth that is already starting to develop a rich, subtle antique patina. It is an absolute showstopper luxury statement piece that was worth every single penny of our budget
We paired this hidden widespread system with a matte ochre wall and a dark marble sink, and the look is absolutely stunning. The sleek reach of the spout offers perfect functional clearance for washing hands without creating a single splash on the stone surface. Every piece handles with a heavy mechanical weight that feels miles ahead of standard big-box store fixtures
Our plumbing contractor had zero issues with the rough-in alignment since the internal valve construction is remarkably rigid and heavy-duty. The brushed brass material has a beautiful matte warmth that completely anchors the neutral bathroom palette
Absolutely beautiful classic craftsmanship, it completely transformed our tile sink backsplash presentation
Outstanding customer service and lightning fast delivery straight to our renovation site. The raw finish is already taking on a beautiful subtle patina that makes it look like a very expensive piece.
The classic cross handle controls operate flawlessly with an incredibly smooth turning feel and a very firm stop. Genuine heavy metal craft through and through with absolutely zero cheap plastic internals
Gorgeous antique golden tone that instantly upgrades a plain vanity backdrop into a custom space. It arrived super fast, packed carefully f-thick protective foam padding, and functions with great flow.
