Yes — every Brassdoria faucet and shower fixture is solid brass, not brass-plated or coated. Because we leave it unlacquered, the surface is a genuine, living finish: it will naturally develop a soft patina over time as it's exposed to water, air, and use, giving each piece a warm, one-of-a-kind character that plated or lacquered fixtures can't replicate. This is the same finish prized in high-end architectural and hospitality projects for its durability and the way it ages — solid brass doesn't chip, flake, or wear through like a coating can.
If you prefer to keep the finish bright and golden longer, simply wipe it dry after use and polish occasionally with a soft brass polish. If you love the patina look, just let it age naturally — no maintenance required.
Yes — and that’s part of its beauty.
Our fixtures feature an unlacquered brass finish that naturally develops a warm patina as it interacts with water, air, and everyday use. This living finish adds character and depth, making every piece uniquely yours.
If preferred, the brass can also be gently polished to restore its original shine.
Absolutely.
Our faucets and shower systems are designed to fit standard North American plumbing connections, making installation straightforward for most professional plumbers.
Each product includes the necessary specifications and installation details to ensure a smooth setup.
Excellent raw metal craftsmanship with very deep, solid threading that guaranteed a completely leak-free seal behind the stone wall. It is an absolute showstopper luxury masterpiece that was worth every single penny of our renovation budget.
We went with a vintage theme on a plain plaster wall and this hidden plumbing setup turned out to be the ultimate focal piece. The built-in soap tray right underneath the curved lower tub filler is a small but incredibly practical design choice that we use daily. Everything handles with a heavy, professional weight, completely unlike the hollow fixtures you find at local big-box stores
Our contractor had no issues leveling the horizontal controls since the internal brass valve block is incredibly solid and rigid. The raw unlacquered finish looks so high-end in person and is already taking on a beautiful natural depth
An absolute showstopper designer masterpiece for our luxury renovation project, worth every single penny.
Wow, the heavy premium feel and gorgeous dome head of this concealed brass kit are incredible!
Outstanding customer service and lightning fast shipping straight to our doorstep. The independent lever handles glide with a very firm, high-end weight and shut off entirely crisp
Stunning raw brass finish with a beautiful golden tone that warms up the entire shower enclosure. It arrived super fast, packed securely in thick protective foam padding, and functions perfectly
I am completely obsessed with the horizontal row of small lever controls on this setup! It looks so incredibly organized and unique compared to standard shower valves. The separate handheld wand is balanced perfectly, and the overall vintage bell aesthetic matches the photo flawlessly
