Yes — every Brassdoria faucet and shower fixture is solid brass, not brass-plated or coated. Because we leave it unlacquered, the surface is a genuine, living finish: it will naturally develop a soft patina over time as it's exposed to water, air, and use, giving each piece a warm, one-of-a-kind character that plated or lacquered fixtures can't replicate. This is the same finish prized in high-end architectural and hospitality projects for its durability and the way it ages — solid brass doesn't chip, flake, or wear through like a coating can.
If you prefer to keep the finish bright and golden longer, simply wipe it dry after use and polish occasionally with a soft brass polish. If you love the patina look, just let it age naturally — no maintenance required.
Yes — and that’s part of its beauty.
Our fixtures feature an unlacquered brass finish that naturally develops a warm patina as it interacts with water, air, and everyday use. This living finish adds character and depth, making every piece uniquely yours.
If preferred, the brass can also be gently polished to restore its original shine.
Absolutely.
Our faucets and shower systems are designed to fit standard North American plumbing connections, making installation straightforward for most professional plumbers.
Each product includes the necessary specifications and installation details to ensure a smooth setup.
Really impressed with the heavy-duty machining on the supply legs and the main bridge valves. The telephone-style hand sprayer diverter clicks perfectly into place with absolutely no annoying leaks or drips.
Honestly, this floor-mounted filler looks so stunning next to our dark marble wall tiles. The unlacquered brass finish gives the perfect warm contrast and it genuinely feels like a 5-star luxury hotel piece. Installation took a bit of patience to get perfectly level, but the final look is absolutely worth every single penny.
An absolute showstopper designer piece for our luxury bath renovation project, worth every single penny.
Absolutely gorgeous traditional craftsmanship, it completely transformed our plain alcove tub area into a spa.
Stunning rustic luxury piece with a gorgeous warm golden luster. It arrived super fast, crated safely in protective foam padding, and functions flawlessly with superb pressure
I am so in love with the unlacquered brass finish and the classic telephone-style hand sprayer attachment! It sits perfectly in its integrated cradle on the side and makes rinsing off after a soak incredibly convenient.
